The biggest difference is the up front cost. The Partner Plan subscriptions eliminate the barrier of entry of a large deposit with an affordable monthly payment, and includes many services such as unlimited edits out of the box. The Lump Sum has you pay up front and can potentially save money in the long run, and lets you pick and choose service options with add ons.

If you plan on keeping the website for a long time and don't need frequent updates, the Lump Sum plan could be better for you. If you want to keep your initial costs low and want the flexibility to make changes as your business evolves, the Partner Plan or Partner Plus are likely the way to go.

The subscription plans are a minimum of 12 months, after which it becomes month to month. You can end the contract without a cancellation fee anytime after the initial 12 months. If you cancel, the website code returns to us (otherwise everyone would just do that and we'd be out of business!).

Our job is to prove to you in those first 12 months that the Partner subscriptions give back so much more value to your business that staying with us is a no-brainer.

You can! We offer $50 a month add on for unlimited edits and support. These are done with a 12 month minimum commitment as well.

Depending on your business needs there could be a number of different types of content you want to include for your site, such as product & service pages, landing pages, team bios, contact forms, etc. Not only can they be informative for your customers, but they can also be a huge help for SEO and getting found online. If you wish, we can have a professional copywriter create the content for your pages for as an add on service.

We include up to 5 pages with our plans because we find for many small businesses, that gets you and running with a solid online presence. But if you're looking to go bigger, we have you covered.

For the Lump Sum plan, it's a flat $150 for each additional page above 5. For the Partner Plan, you can upgrade to Partner Plus more a month which among other benefits, includes up to 10 pages. We also offer Parnter Premium which includes up to 15 pages, with additional content pages adding $50 a month each.

Of course! While upgrading to a higher tier plan would require a new 12 month commitment, you can do so at any time, even if you're in the middle of your current 12 month commitment. The time accrued towards a new redesign will be pro rated proportionately towards your new plan.

If you cancel before the 12 months, you owe the full cost of what the site would normally cost ($3100) minus whatever you already paid. We prioritize long term relationships with our clients. And we want our clients to share the same philosophy.

You will always own your domain, we would never hold it hostage! We typically handle domain renewal payments and maintenance as part of our included service, but you will always keep ownership of it.

With either Lump Sum or a Partner Plan, if we cannot design something you are 100% happy with and no longer want to move forward, then we will refund whatever you paid to get started. Once the design is approved and development begins, there are no refunds unless at our discression.
